Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders may be cancelled if the request is submitted before the order has entered the preparation or shipping stage.

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  1. Return Requests
    Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must remain unused

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  1. Proof of Purchase
    A valid purchase record must be provided for processing return requests.
    Acceptable documents may include:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Payment receipt

  • Order number or transaction reference

  1. Return Authorization
    Items should not be returned without prior authorization from customer support.
    Once the request has been reviewed, detailed return instructions and the correct return address will be provided.

  1. Return Shipping Responsibility
    Customer-Requested Returns
    If a return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., wrong order or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The final cost will depend on the selected carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered, and no charge will be applied to the customer.

  1. Shipping Fee Policy
    No restocking fees will be charged.
    Shipping fees, if applicable, will be applied once and will not be charged again during the return or refund process.

  2. Refund Review and Processing
    Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a notification will be sent confirming whether the refund request has been approved.

Processing Time
If the return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the account.

  1. Delayed or Missing Refunds
    If a refund has not appeared, the following steps are recommended:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take several business days.

  • Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.
